Future is Female

What is the Future Is Female Awards?

Our awards show, which debuted at AWNewYork 2019, honours rising stars of the advertising and marketing industry. Winners will be selected based on a combination of proven achievements: demonstrable ability to affect organisational change, commitment to external impact, an ability to mentor others and professional endorsements.

The Advertising Week team seeks nominations to identify the emerging female leaders in the marketing and advertising spaces, in the regions of each of our six events; Europe, North America, South America, Australia/New Zealand, Africa, and Asia.

Selection

Winners are selected by a jury of high profile women, chosen by Advertising Week, who can use their expertise and knowledge to identify the up-and-coming stars of the industry.

Criteria + Judges

Entrants can be nominated by their organisation, enter on their own behalf or be entered by a partner company, client or colleague. All nominations must be submitted by Friday, 31st January 2020 and the winners will be chosen by a panel of esteemed judges in the final weeks leading up to Advertising Week. See below for nomination form.

  • Show how the nominee acts as a role model to others
